Additional Notes: The American Red Cross map of London shows the location of various clubs operated by the organization that would provide services like laundry, a barber, warm meals, and a place for staff and servicemen on leave to relax. “Virtuous” forms of amusement like theaters, cinemas, and local landmarks are also shown. On the back is a small map of the London Underground, and photographs of the entrances to prominent clubs to aid visitors in finding their way.
