U.S. WW1 Army Model 1918 .45 cal clip pouch (for Colt .45 M1911). Marker marked P.B.&Co. and dated Jan. 1918 under flap area. Worn, stained, and used condition.
Additional Notes: The U.S. Model 1912 and Model 1918 .45 cal clip pouches were typically utilized on the ww1 U.S. pistol belt and snapped onto the snap on the pistol belt. The clip pouch had two sections for a .45 cal M1911A1 seven round pistol magazine. The WW1 era model 1912 and 1918 clip pouches typically had two brass “LIFT THE DOT” snaps and are often marker marked under the front flap.
