WW2 German K98 Bayonet S/155 36 with Frog . BAYO658

WW2 German K98 combat bayonet with frog. The wood grips are in worn condition with some damage to grips.  Mis-matched numbers on blade and scabbard. Blade in good condition with some wear. Bayonet appears to be numbered “1131” on one side of blade ricasso and “S/155” (for the maker of E.u.F. Hörster Waffenfabrik, Solingen) marked on the other side. The back spine of blade is dated “36”. Bayonet frog is marked L.B.A. on back of leather and in worn condition. The scabbard is in very worn condition. Overall, nice blade, however, exterior with a quite a bit of wear.
