WW2 German Kriegsmarine Dagger WKC w/Portepee . D2105b

WW2 German Kriegsmarine (KM) Dagger with Portepee. M1938 2nd model for officer. Dagger is marker marked on blade ricasso with the logo for WKC (Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Cie) Solingen. Blade with the typical acid etched foul anchor design. Blade in average worn condition. Blade has the original proper WKC red felt buffer pad in place in worn condition. Hammered scabbard also in good overall condition. Nice condition fittings and the more desirable orange trylon grip. The double twisted wire wrap is in good condition. Dagger also has a very heavily worn portepee that looks like it has been tied on for a very long time (also, the nicer gilt portepee). It has the appropriate look of being on the dagger a long time and matches nicely. Overall, a nice Kriegsmarine dagger with the more preferred hammered scabbard and orange grip along with a very worn gilt portepee that looks very nicely tied onto dagger.
