Military Leggings Dated 1908 Pair (Damaged) . FLU3520

Pre-WW1 Pair of Military Canvas Leggings/Spats. Marker marked and dated 1908 on interior, difficult to make out clearly. I believe these may be U.S., however, not sure on these. Very heavily worn, torn, missing loops, and damaged condition.
Additional Notes: The Military Leggings are designed to cover soldier’s boots from the ankle up to prevent snagging and keep stones, mud, and other debris from getting inside the soldier’s boots and to provide additional ankle support. They are often referred to as gaiters or spats as well.
