US Army Special Training Patch – WW2 . USP1117

United States Army Specialized Training Program (The Lamp of Knowledge) shoulder sleeve insignia (patch). Appears to be uniform removed. The patch is fully embroidered with a snowy back. Most likely 1940s (WW2) era. Worn and stained condition. The patch does not react to UV light (does not glow under blacklight).
