Imperial Russia Cossak (Kindjal) Dagger. The blade of the kindjal is basically simple compared to the detailed workman ship of the handle and scabbard exterior. The blade is in good overall condition. The scabbard side that showed while worn is nicely designed while the backside only had a simple design (typically, on the back simple design side, there will be a logo of the maker, however, I do not see one on this dagger). Overall, a very nice Cossack dagger that displays well and has great craftsmanship detail to the silver handle and scabbard. Blade length approximately 10 1/2 inches, overall length approximately 15 1/2 inches, about 17 inches overall in scabbard. Most likely late 1800s era.
