Domestic Shipping

We ship all orders via the United States Post Office (usps.com) unless specially requested otherwise.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping will be paid by the buyer. Tracking numbers will be provided with all shipping, except letters. Once we turn a package over to the post office it becomes your property. This means that you are responsible for all loss, damage, or missing packages. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition. For large/tall shipments, we may use UPS service.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING PRICE AND NOTIFICATION
USPS shipping rate for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. For large/tall shipments, we may use UPS service.
